We ship across Europe using trusted external carriers.

Denmark: 50 DKK (2–4 business days)

Norway & EU: 150 DKK (5–8 business days)

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and return it—no reason needed. We also extend this to 30 days under our own return policy. See full details under [Right of Withdrawal & Refunds] below.

Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

Your Right to Change Your Mind (fortrydelsesret)

As a consumer, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. We extend this window to 30 days as our standard policy.

To exercise this right, send an email to ro@remarkableoutdoor.com with your name, address, and order number. We’ll confirm the return process right away. You don't need to fill out a complex form—a clear email is enough.

Return Shipping Costs

You cover the cost of returning the item to us, unless the item is defective (see warranty section below).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Returns within 14 days (Statutory Right): We refund the full item cost plus your standard original delivery fee.

Returns between Days 15–30 (Extended Policy): We refund the item cost only; original delivery fees are not included.

If your refund hasn't appeared after 14 days, check with your bank or card provider first, as processing times can vary. Still nothing? Email us and we’ll track it down.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or variant where available. Email us to set it up.

Your Statutory Warranty (reklamationsret)

Separately from your right to change your mind, Danish law provides a 24-month warranty against product defects on everything we sell. If a product turns out to be faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund—this is a statutory legal right, not a favor, and it costs you nothing.

To make a warranty claim, email ro@remarkableoutdoor.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if relevant.
