Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in DKK and include Danish VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change, but we will always confirm the final total before payment. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and cancel an order if a mistake occurs—we will notify you immediately and refund you in full.

Product Accuracy

We strive to display product colors and details accurately, but screen renders vary and minor updates may occur over time.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms limits or overrides your statutory consumer rights—including your 14-day right of withdrawal or 24-month defect warranty. For customers residing outside Denmark within the EU, the mandatory consumer protections of your home country remain fully applicable.

Acceptable Use

Please do not use our site for unlawful purposes, to disrupt operations, or to submit false details. We reserve the right to decline service or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud.

Liability

We are fully responsible for product defects as outlined in our warranty terms. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect losses, to the extent permitted by law.

Complaints

If something isn't right, please email us first so we can fix it. As a Danish consumer, you also have the right to file a dispute with Center for Klageløsning (Nævnenes Hus).
